A Prominent Patient was awarded in these categories: best film (producers Rudolf Biermann, Julius Ševčík),  best director (Julius Ševčík), best actor in a leading role (Karel Roden), best astor in a supporting role (Oldřich Kaiser), best screenplay (Petr Kolečko, Alex Koenigsmark, Julius Ševčík), best cinematography (Martin Štrba), best film editing (Marek Opatrný), best sound (Viktor Ekrt, Pavel Rejholec), best music (Michal Lorenc, Kryštof Marek), best stage design (Milan Býček), best costume design (Katarína Štrbová Bieliková), best makeup and hair styling (Lukáš Král).

Two awards went to I, Olga Hepnarova - best actress in a leading role for Michalina Olszańska and best actress in a supporting role for Klára Melíšková. The best documentary prize won Normal Autistic Film by Miroslav Janek. In the student film category was awarded short film by Anna Lyubynetska Kiev Moscow.
