Divorced Nadia finds new stability with her daughter when she manages to buy a flat at a bargain price. Her hope is not disturbed even by the omnipresent COVID. Slowly she discovers that her immediate female neighbour is more than eccentric. Nadia treats her receptively, which draws her attention to herself all the more. Initial effort to help her ends with a grotesque portrayal of a system in which ignoring problems is an essential survival tool.
