In the spring issue of Czech Film, we focus on upcoming Berlin International Film Festival and 5 Czech films and co-production in its official selection: Charlatan, Distant Journey, FREM, Leaf and Servants. We also took time to look closely at filmography of young and yet successful Daria Kashcheeva. In addition, we got into the mind of Karel Vachek and focused on the colorful personalities of Václav Havel and Emil Zátopek - biopics Havel (dir. Slávek Horák) and Zatopek (dir. David Ondříček) will enter the cinemas this year.
