Veronika Lišková, a graduate of Sciprtwriting and Dramaturgy departmend at Prague’s FAMU, internationally introduced her debut documentary Daniel’s World, a story of Czech pedophile, in Berlinale’s Panorama in 2015. Lišková’s second feature is documentary The Visitors, in which she follows Czech anthropologist who moves her family to the world's northernmost settlement Longyearbyen in Svalbard. The film premiered in Locarno’s sidebar Semaine de la Critique in 2022.
