Misha returns for his father’s funeral in Ukraine. Finding out it’s faked, he starts drowning in the local mafia, two opposite girls and shadows of Red Army crimes, his way lit by father’s heritage.
Misha (24) returns to his Ukrainian hometown only to find out that father’s funeral has been faked. Trying to uncover who set the whole thing up, he starts drowning in his Russian father´s past of former military officer. Misha gets involved with his old friends who now operate as a group of the local mafia and his restless heart makes him fall for local girls too easily too. The fragile atmosphere of the days before Christmas begins to crumble, as Misha reveals his father’s past involvement in a big scale theft of military equipment at the collapse of the Soviet Union. Misha realizes that the role he plays in the events might be much bigger than he can carry.
