Prague, in the summer of 2018. Fifteen thousand women and men of all generations gather in one place to give a mass gymnastic performance. They all belong to Sokol, an apolitical movement established in the 19th century to foster self‐development within a democratic community. We focus on two main characters: An awkward young Radek, a gymnast training for the most difficult part of the performance, whose family has been part of the Sokol movement for many generations, and 75-year-old trainer Mirek, for whom Sokol is his life, and he wants to have everything perfect. The big day is rapidly approaching. Everybody has been training for six years anticipating this great moment. Will they manage to achieve their goal and offer an exceptional performance?
