The third chapter of the director´s “village trilogy”. Like the previous films, Out of the City and Path in the Woods, the film is a celebration of life outside the city. The Way Home completes the life stories of three families, portrayed in the trilogy, who live in countryside, make their living by producing homemade products, and face both natural elements and aggressivity of the city. The Way Home is a visual and musical celebration of the Czech countryside and people and animals still living there.
