Crimson Sails is a film about a rusty 200-foot barge which, over the course of several months, is transformed into a theater and filled with playfulness, fantasy, cruelty, and love. This is what you get when a Czech theater company, a French theater company, and a group of Hungarian gypsy musicians get together to adapt a story by Russian author Alexander Grin.
