The stories of the popular TV series Dr. Martin culminate in the feature film. Dr. Martin is to solve certain mysteries of personal life so far unknown for him, as well as a detective case. In a single day, he has to take care of his little child, settle his traditional misunderstandings with his partner Lída, and at the same time clarify a mystery from the deep past. The ancient Beskydy mystery is almost forgotten but the discovery of a strange small skeleton brings it back again. This in itself stirs up emotions in the small mountain town. But even more commotion is triggered when the policeman Topinka and Dr. Martin set to investigate the case.
