Friday afternoon. The employees of a bank in a small town are heading for a three-day trip to the mountains for teambuilding. At first sight, the goal of the trip is the strengthening of the team spirit but in fact, it is primarily organized by the director of the bank in order to receive positive references from the employees for his promotion to the regional headquarters of the bank. Most of the employees have no idea what is about to happen during the weekend, when their boss needs to prove at any cost he is a good manager, who deserves the promotion.
