A black comedy bordering on the detective genre, full of humorous situations, absurd dialogue, and catchy phrases. Standa is a loser. Fate has jerked him through life and he’s just taken it. He doesn’t do what he wants to do, he isn’t the person he wants to be. But he’s just gotten out of prison and he believes that things are about to take a turn for the better. Indeed, his former boss, Zdeněk, owes him something. But then Standa runs into Ondřej, freshly fired from his job as a security guard. Together, their bad luck multiplies.... Zdeněk is a successful businessman with a prospering vegetarian restaurant and a happy family life. Everything goes his way, that is until he meets up with Standa and Ondřej. A series of collisions leads to an attempt to sniff out the secret gourmet club of a restaurant serving bizarre delicacies....
