Karel Vachek's three-and-half-hour documentary novel explores causally open-ended territory to ponder common questions of human existence. His materials are 'lucid' personalities (well-known faces from culture, philosophy, politics, as well as unknowns) through whose conduct he explains the principle of maintaining the life force with the help of acts of creation.
