Director Vít Olmer's attempt at an American-style popular crime drama with socially critical overtones. The story turns on the disappearance of a girl and the attempt to find her. The investigation leads a young reporter, a middle-aged policeman, and a Czech-American woman to a Romany prostitution ring.
