Karel Vémola is an enigma waiting to be cracked. On one side, we have a prolific MMA fighter who became the first ever Czech to join the world famous UFC. On the other, we have a tabloid monster featuring on covers of glossy magazines with his glamour model girlfriend. He owns a 90s style villa called Vemoland which is being guarded by two sculptured and one real lion. Inside, he pets an alligator as well as couple of sharks. He is friends with the most controversial businessmen around yet he is invited for the annual presidential reception at the Prague Castle. He is an athlete and a cage-fighting beast but he is also a father of three, a son and a brother to a man he refuses to speak to. This is a portrait of an extreme human being on the backdrop of an extreme era.
