A casual meeting brings Sam and Naomi together. He is a sex addicted commitment phobe who has been too successful on Tinder but has lost his ability to feel anything. She has been in a relationship for seven years. When her partner proposed she froze and told him she was going to travel the world, and would return when she knew the answer. When a volcano leaves Sam and Naomi stuck in Iceland and without a place to stay they steal a car to try to get to the volcano. The road trip forces them to face their deepest fears and reveal their darkest secrets.
