Bikers Tomáš Zejda and Ondra Novák embark on an extraordinary expedition to conquer Nepal’s Mera Peak (6,461 m) — the highest point ever attempted on a bicycle. What starts as a wild idea, one that could land them in the Guinness World Records, gradually becomes a real and grueling endeavor. As their preparations for the demanding descent intensify, the biggest challenges unexpectedly arise during the ascent itself. This unique documentary captures not only their physical and mental struggles but also features testimonies from fellow riders and family members. “It’s not just a film about the beauty of the mountains,” says director Matěj Pichler, “but a powerful story of two friends, overcoming their limits, and learning that physical readiness alone is not enough.”
