Kristina Husová

Kristina is a freelance producer from the Czech Republic who works for several production companies. In 2024 she founded the boutique film production company Pure Shore.
Her work includes films such as Humanity (2024, Animafest Zagreb, Anifilm, Zlín Film Festival), Sisters (2021, 11 international awards and over 60 festival selections, including Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand ISFF, Ottawa IAF) or the documentary Everything Has Its Own Time (2017, JIDFF - Special Mention Award, Marienbad FF - Honourable Mention Award). As a line producer and head of the production, she worked on the feature films Adam Ondra: Pushing the Limits and Nightsiren.

Kristina is currently producing Martin Kuba's feature film debut Three Weeks Under the Sea in collaboration with Miloš Lochman (moloko film), developing Filip Mašek's animated feature Acorn’s Adventure, Nikola Klinger's documentary Land of Fire and Andrea Szelesová's animated short Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe!

She holds a master's degree in film and television production from FAMU and studied film studies at Charles University and the University of Copenhagen. She is a graduate of the CEEA workshop, ANIMARKT stop-motion forum, IDFAcademy, doc.incubator, Ex Oriente, Pitch it@Berlinale and Move it on. She received the Josef-Hlávka-Award and the GWFF-Award at the Cottbus Film Festival.
