Jan Hakl, a former intelligence operative, is offered a second chance. Czechoslovakia is exporting arms to Gaddafi’s Libya, but they keep disappearing from the shipments and ending up in the hands of terrorists. Hakl is to investigate this matter. He finds out that a powerful Czechoslovak exporter named Sasha Charvát is the one selling the missing weapons and forces him to stop. Later, it becomes clear that the ambassador Viktor himself was sending secret information to the MI6.
