The new animated series, co-produced by Czech Television and Alkay Animation Prague, aims to bring to life the iconic Czech comic stories of Jaroslav Foglar's The Rapid Arrows. The Rapid Arrows aren't just a bunch of five friends. They are the archetype of doing right under all circumstances. They are a phenomenon, even those who have never read the stories know them. Good deeds, decent speech, concern for the club's honour, and the legendary saying "It's dishonest and unsportsmanlike" can be laughable to someone - but it's an ideal, and ideals are good to have at any time.
