Happy End is an intimate drama about a mother and daughter bound by a deep connection, shared dreams, and a desire to escape their reality. Martina wants to study in America; Ivana is determined to make it happen, even if it means entering the world of erotic massage. But the secret she keeps from her daughter is fragile. When the truth comes out, their relationship is put to the test. The film explores the limits of maternal sacrifice, bodily autonomy, and the stigma of sex work – without moralizing, with sensitivity to everyday struggles and the longing for dignity.
