Bondy steals Elen’s invention and unleashes the Absolute, a divine force that transforms people around and makes them good. When too much of a good thing is chaos, Elen must stop it before it destroys her and the world.
During his bid to win a Prague lighting contract, ambitious young businessman Bondy reconnects with Elen, a former schoolmate who has invented the Carburetor, a device capable of generating limitless energy with minimal fuel. However, it also emits the Absolute—an invisible force that triggers uncontrollable altruism, stripping people of free will and destabilizing society. Seeing an opportunity, Bondy isolates Elen in a remote chateau under false promises and begins mass-producing the device. As chaos spreads, Elen escapes and, with the help of Maria, Bondy’s former fiancée, attempts to destroy her invention but fails. Even Bondy succumbs to the Absolute, while hope lies in Maria’s child immune to its power.
