A complex insight into the political reality of Slovakia, an EU country, which became visible after the investigative journalists Ján Kuciak and his fiancée were brutally murdered. The following mass demonstrations led to substantial changes in the country's government. But rather than on history, this film focuses on the universal processes behind the curtain, reflecting mechanisms used by oligarchy and mafias (including the Italian) - like blackmailing of key players of the system, influencing of public perception, infiltration into police, judiciary and government. Journalists, (ex?) secret service officers, lawyers and analysts help to explore who could order a murder of a journalist and an innocent girl.
