An ironic comedy on the constrained social commitment of modern thirty-somethings. A young married couple comes incognito to the constitutive meeting of a civic initiative of adopted people who want to focus on support for adoption in society. Neither he nor she is actually adopted, but because they are considering adopting a child, they first want to make sure how such an experience influences a person. During the several days they spend at Camp Jordan, where the meeting takes place, it gradually becomes apparent that they are not the only ones that are hiding their true motives. The resulting situation, which surpasses any models, forces everybody to improvise and to take on a role for which they really aren’t suited. The selfstyled leader, the femme fatale, the rebel, the innocent or the introspective paedophile, they all, one by one, reveal their motivation and secrets, guided by a peculiar eccentric dramaturgy, leading to comic situations that are increasingly bizarre.
