In the fall issue of CZECH FILM magazine, we focus on films screened at the Venice IFF. We offer a sneak peek into the production of Ungrateful Beings, the latest feature by Olmo Omerzu. In an interview with cinematographer Martin Žiaran we discuss his work on Waves by Jiří Mádl. Lastly, we introduce projects selected for the 2024 Czech Film Springboard industry programme.
